Job Title: Capital Funds Portfolio Assets - Spanish Markets

Description

Our client, a Global Investment Bank is going through a period of expansion due to an increase in client and trading activity. The Fund division acquires and manages infrastructure and other specialised assets on behalf of a variety of investors and are looking for an Executive who will be involved with the management and acquisition of portfolio assets. Duties include: - Ensure that asset valuations and financial information is accurate - Monitor the asset’s performance and meets business plan - Focusing on Spanish analyses including documentation - Capital expenditure plans - Assist in board papers preparation - Financial analyses for ongoing decision making processes - Support new projects, initiatives and acquisitions with main focus on financial modelling and analysis To qualify you must have a high level of verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English. Experience within the Investment Banking sector or other relevant industries with a proven capability in financial modelling for valuation, equity and debt analyses.
