• Existing clientele and/or strong relevant network to develop the specific market
• Perfect knowledge of the culture and market key economic players/issues
• Ideally a track record of over-achievement in financial clientele development
• Autonomous and good team player, highly driven, motivated to succeed and result-oriented
• Excellent reputation and references
• Specific market language knowledge (French an asset)
