Job Title: Credit/Loan Team Leader

Description

Our client, a Global leading Investment Bank is going through a period of expansion within the Zurich office. The Private Clients Credit/Loans team are looking for a Team Leader to carry out the following: - Lead, develop a team of 6 – 8 staff members - Ensuring a professional analysis and monitoring of loans - Implement and enforce credit manuals, credit policy and credit instructions - Maintaining the loan portfolios - Setting and moving towards team goals - Credit Risk positions - Participations in internal projects To qualify, you must be educated to at least degree if not Masters level. You must have several years experience as a credit specialist, ideally within Corporate or Private Banking or in the filed of Structured Finance. Very Good English and German language skills together with managerial experience.
