You assist actively the Client Advisors with administrative tasks (opening/closing accounts, maturities management, short term placements, bonds, etc).
Your main activities are related to client relationship management including the following :
*account maintenance
*research for client advisors and clients
*answering the phone and deal with simple client queries
*correspondence and processing of the contractual documents
*processing client orders
Requirements
*Banking education and first experience in a similar position
*Real interest for activities in contact with clients
*Excellent command of Russian and good knowledge of English and French
*Profound knowledge of Office Programs (Word,Excel)
*Autonomous and dynamic personality with an entrepreneurial spirit, as well as organisational skills and accuracy in the execution of the tasks
